WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are both originally from Luxembourg but we live nomadically and take our creative business together with us wherever we go around the world. We’re pretty happy that everything can be done via the internet and we’re proud that our creative setup is super portable. This allows us to work for anyone anywhere and just soak in a ton of creative inspiration outside of our local bubble, which is awesome for coming up with innovative and unique ideas for us and our clients.

WHAT LANGUAGES DO YOU SPEAK?

David is Portuguese, Linda is Greek. Outside of these two languages, we also speak some Luxembourgish and German but our preferred languages to communicate with clients are English and French. Hello Bonjour, y’all!

HOW DO YOU GET STARTED ON A PROJECT?

Every project start with the first step, which you will take by contacting us!

We have a funky questionnaire in our contact form that will help us get to know a bit of you and your project from the very beginning. This is very important to us, because we want to work together with people who can inspire us and who are equally inspired by what we do. Trust and good vibes are at the core of our creative process, and it is the only way we can promise a super exciting collaboration. So if we feel like we’re the right creatives for you, we will schedule a meeting to chat together, so we can dig deeper into your ambitions and so you can ask us any questions too. We then get back to you with a custom made quote that fits your needs. After agreement, we are ready to plan the project step by step and to start the fun creative part together.

We believe that every project is unique and deserves to be approached in a personalised way. Some projects are simple and some projects require a little more of our attention and time. Your project will have its very own quote which we’ll estimate for you. If you would like us to send you one, simply get in touch here and tell us about your project.

If you do have a fixed budget, feel free to let us know about it as well, so we can what we can do for you. We are specialised in working with small businesses, and even though great design is an invaluable, incredibly smart investment to make, we know it’s not always easy to budget for it all at once. We offer a variety of payment methods and we’re happy to take it one step at a time if needed.

HOW'S YOUR SCHEDULE LIKE? HOW SOON CAN WE START WORKING TOGETHER?

It is of huge importance to us to give as much individual attention & quality as possible to clients who invest in us. A 100%. We would never want to compromise that due to bad organisation or overlapping.

We organize our project schedule very precisely depending on the order of arrival of each project and their deadlines. Sometimes when we are very busy, it’s possible that new clients will have to wait for a month or so before we can officially begin.

Projects are secured in our schedule from the moment that our quote & contract has been agreed and that we have issued a first downpayment (of 50%). If you have an urgent project though, don’t despair. Contact us and we’ll see what we can do for you!

HOW MUCH TIME DOES A PROJECT TAKE TO COMPLETE?

A branding project can take about 3-4 weeks to complete, and a website design can take about 4-5 weeks from start to full launch. These are our typically longest projects. Smaller tasks such as print designs and the rest of our services take much less time to complete, anywhere from 2 to 10 days each.

HOW DO YOU COMMUNICATE DURING A PROJECT? WHAT TOOLS DO YOU USE?

After exchanging a first round of emails to introduce each other, we first get to know a client and their project with a lovely skype session (perhaps even a meeting if we happen to be in the same location). During the rest of the project, we mostly communicate with emails, which allow us good organisation and flexibility within our workflow.

Unless in very urgent situations or questions, we’re not very fond of impromptu phone calls because they tend to interrupt this flow. We like to schedule things, and we will provide you with a custom calendar for your project. We also might make further use of Skype for important steps of the project, such as the first draft presentation of an identity or website.

Other than that, we love to use Pinterest to share inspiration, Dropbox to easily share files, and Dropbox paper for collaborative brainstorming & task organizing. All very intuitive and super user friendly tools that will help us make sure we will absolutely ROCK this project!
